Jinping is due to begin his first presidential visit to the Middle East
on Tuesday in what promises to be a tricky diplomatic balancing act
between Saudi Arabia and Iran.

was seven years ago, and a planned trip by Mr Xi last year was scrapped
amid the Saudi-Yemen conflict.
