内容提要参与中东安全事务是新时代中国特色大国外交的重要内容。在理念层面，中国维护共同安全，坚持公平正义，捍卫多边主义，倡导综合治理，主张求同存异。在实践层面，中国积极推动有关各方政治对话，开展外交斡旋和大国协调，提供安全公共产品和人道主义援助。展望未来，在参与中东安全事务中，中国既要加强集中统一领导又需要各部门统筹协调；既要顺势而为，又要主动谋划；既要尊重对象国主权，又需要建设性介入；既要参与冲突解决的“上半场”，又要参与和平建设的“下半场”，与国际社会一道应对中东地区的传统与非传统安全威胁，为中东命运共同体建设贡献一份力量。

Summary Participating in security affairs in the Middle East is an important part of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era. At the conceptual level, China maintains common security, upholds fairness and justice, defends multilateralism, advocates comprehensive governance, and advocates seeking common ground while reserving differences. At the practical level, China actively promotes political dialogues among relevant parties, conducts diplomatic mediation and coordination among major powers, and provides safe public products and humanitarian assistance. Looking to the future, in participating in security affairs in the Middle East, China needs to strengthen centralized and unified leadership and coordinate the coordination of various departments; it must take advantage of the trend and actively plan; it must respect the sovereignty of the target country, but also need constructive intervention; both Participate in the "first half" of conflict resolution, and participate in the "second half" of peace building, and work with the international community to respond to the traditional and non-traditional security threats in the Middle East, and contribute to the building of a community with a shared future in the Middle East.)
